Idea to setup VG Accountants Limited was always my personal strive to provide transparent and affordable services to the end-consumers. After moving to the UK, I found that accountancy, taxation and business advisory services for small and micro entities is not that friendly and very expensive even for simple tasks. At times, I have also found the actual accountant not approachable at all.
Over past several years, I have advised clients, friends and family members on complicated matters with respect to HMRC tax investigation notices, foreign and global income, DTAA (double taxation avoidance agreements) and other aspects. Equally so, the regular business needs of Companies House compliance, tax filings including VAT, PAYE, personal tax and corporation tax are dealt with professionalism for the clients. We have always believed in client first, transparency and end-to-end services for our clients. We are approachable and there are no exorbitant hourly charges.

The firm is registered with Companies House as ACSP (Authorised Corporate Services Provider) and also with Information Commissioner's Office to give you an assurance that you are dealt with high professional standards and you have all avenues of raising the matters with respective authorities, if not satisfied.
